Measures
Fehlermeldesystem vorhanden. Entsprechend der Meldung werden die Themen in regelhafte Sitzungen mitgenommen. Bei Bedarf finden Sondersitzungen statt. Dort werden die Meldungen analysiert, bewertet und Korrekturmaßnahmen beschlossen. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein CIRS-Auswerteteam, welches entsprechend der CIRS Grundsätze die Fälle analysiert und Korrektur-/Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in die Wege leitet. Ein Maßnahmenplan aller Meldesysteme wird fortlaufend gepflegt.
