Measures
Das Reanimationsteam wird über eine zentrale Notfallnummer gerufen. Aufklärungsbögen werden per Update immer auf dem neuesten Stand gehalten. Darüber hinaus erfolgen Apothekenbegehungen auf den Stationen, eine aktive Information über Arzneimittelrisiken durch die Apotheke, Arzneimittelkommission.
