CIRS: Mitarbeitende melden (Beinahe-)Fehler an das CIRS-Auswertungsteam. Dieses leitet die Information an die betroffenen Abteilungen weiter, um dort Maßnahmen zur Fehlervermeidung zu beschließen. Das CIRS Team trifft sich zweiwöchig und arbeitet strukturiert gemeldete Fälle ab.
