Measures
Die eingehenden Meldungen werden durch die RISKOP - Beauftragten analysiert und Verbesserungspotentiale mit den jeweiligen Schnittstellen erarbeitet. Meldungen werden direkt bearbeitet und Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Patientensicherheit/Behandlungsqualität ergriffen. Dies können z.B. Prozessoptimierungen, Produktwechsel oder die Reparatur techn. Anlagen sein.Das Sana-Krankenhaus Hürth ist zudem an das einrichtungsübergreifende Fehlermeldesystem CIRSmedical angeschlossen.
