Measures
Das Risikoteam trifft sich anlassbezogen, jedoch mind. quartalsweise. Mitglieder sind Experten aus den somatischen und psychiatrischen Bereichen, klinische Risikomanager, Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragte sowie die Pflegedirektion. Die über das Fehlermeldesystem berichteten Fälle werden zusätzlich durch das CIRS-Team analysiert, bewertet, gesteuert und überwacht. Zusätzlich werden jährlich Risikoaudit durchgeführt.
