Das Lenkungsgremium zum Risikomanagement (RM) ist im Gesamtvorstand angesiedelt. Die Inhalte hierfür werden in regelmäßigen Jour Fixen vorbereitet (Teilnehmende: Risikomanger*innen aus dem klinischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich sowie IT Sicherheit und Compliancebereich).
