Measures
Ein Fehlermeldesystem ist in der Charlottenklinik seit mehreren Jahren etabliert. Im Jahr 2016 wurden aus gemeldeten Fehlern beispielsweise folgende Verbesserungen abgeleitet:- Schulung der Mitarbeiter sowie Optimierung der Prozesse, kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Risikocheckliste.
