Measures
Durch größtmögliche Umsetzung der vom CIRS-Team vorgeschlagenen Massnahmen wie z.B. durchgängige Vorhaltung von Bettgittern oder auch Verfahrensanweisungen zur Patienenidentifikation mittels Barcode-Armbändchen bei Laborabnahmen in Patientenzimmern wurden in vielen Bereichen Verbesserungen erreicht.
