Measures
Häufig wiederkehrende Probleme im Bereich des Fehlermeldesystems wurden fachbereichsintern thematisiert und aufgearbeitet. In den Fachbereichen wurde verstärkt auf die Verbesserung bzw. den Ausbau medizinisch-fachlicher Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten neuer Mitarbeiter geachtet. Unseren ausländischen Mitarbeitern wurden u.a. Sprachkurse angeboten um die Integration zu erleichtern und die Kommunikation mit unseren Patienten zu verbessern.
