Measures
Arzneimitteltherapiesicherheit (AMTS)-Schön Klinik übergreifender Standard. AMTS bedeutet die sichere Anwendung von Arzneimitteln. Dabei wird eine optimale Organisation des Medikationsprozesses mit dem Ziel angestrebt, auf Medikationsfehlern beruhende unerwünschte Ereignisse zu vermeiden und somit Risiken in der Therapie zu minimieren.
