Measures
Zur Risikoidentifizierung bzw. Beinahevorkommnisse wird seit Jahren ein anonymes Meldesystems eingesetzt. Alle erhobenen potentiellen Fehlerquellen und Beinahevorkommnisse werden interdisziplinär besprochen und bearbeitet. Als präventiver Ansatz werden Risikoprofile in den Abteilungen mit den Mitarbeitern entwickelt.
