With 145 beds, the Center for Orthopedics, Trauma Surgery, and Sports Medicine is one of the largest departments of its kind in Germany. Our team of 30 physicians is dedicated to providing you with prompt, expert, and comprehensive care for diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. We place particular emphasis on comprehensive, holistic care that actively involves the patient in their treatment. Our long-standing and proven close collaboration with colleagues in the region helps us ensure the continuity of your treatment even after your hospital stay. Since October 2012, our department has been one of the first recipients of the endoCert certificate nationwide and has been successfully recertified multiple times, most recently in 2019. The Center for Orthopedics, Trauma Surgery, and Sports Medicine is a maximum care endoprosthetics center and was recognized again this year by Focus magazine. Our department is accredited as a Regional Trauma Center by the German Society for Trauma Surgery and is part of the Bonn Rhein-Sieg Trauma Network.
