Measures
Jede Meldung wird von einem CIRS-Team (Chefarzt Kardiologie, Chefarzt und Oberärztin interdisziplinäres Notfallzentrum, pfleg. Standortleitung Uerdingen, 2 Betriebsratsmitglieder, Regionaljuristin) erfasst und gemeinsam ausgewertet. Entscheidendes Ziel der internen Diskussion ist es, gemeinsam mit dem Bereich, in welchem der Beinahefehler aufgetreten ist, das kritische Ereignis zu analysieren und mögliche Schäden durch vorsorgende Maßnahmen für die Zukunft zu verhindern sind.
