Die Arbeitsgruppe besteht aus der Geschäftsführung, dem Qualitätsmanagement, sowie aus Mitarbeitern aus dem ärztlichen und pflegerischen Bereich. Die Arbeitsgruppe erarbeitet die Prozesse und Abläufe zum Risikomanagement, ist für die Implementierung verantwortlich.
