In der Klinik findet regelhaft eine Sitzung der Klinikleitungen statt, in der auch der QMB anwesend ist. Für das Gesamtunternehmen relevante QM-/Risikothemen werden im zentralen QM/RM besprochen.

Für die gesamte GRN ist ein Lenkungsausschuss Risikomanagement etabliert. Der Lenkungsausschuss besteht aus 15 Mitgliedern (11 stimmberechtigte Mitglieder), die aus folgenden Bereichen stammen:Geschäftsführer, Klinikleiter, Ärztlicher Dienst, Pflegedienst, Risiko-/Qualitätsmanagement, Betriebsrat.

Measures
Es gibt ein einrichtungsinternes Fehlermeldesystem, welches durch das Qualitätsmanagement betreut wird. Es ist möglich Meldungen Anonym abzugeben. Der QMB fungtioniert als Vertrauensperson und steht in regelhaften Austausch mit allen Mitarbeitern bzgl. potentriellen Fehlerquellen.
