In allen Kliniken gibt es benannte ärztliche und pflegerische Ansprechpartner für qualitätsrelevante Themen. Das Zentrale Qualitätsmanagement organisiert "QMB-Runden", zu denen die Ansprechpartner eingeladen werden. Themen sind bspw. Zertifizierungen, Befragungen, Weiterentwicklungen des QM-Systems.
