Measures
Es ist eine OP-Sicherheitscheckliste umgesetzt (enthält prä-, peri- und postoperative Kriterien, Team-Time-In und -Out, beinhaltet die Vermeidung von Patienten- und Seitenverwechslungen, auch kons.). Das Reanimationsteam wird über eine zentrale Notfallnummer gerufen. Aufklärungsbögen werden per Update immer auf dem neuesten Stand gehalten. Darüber hinaus erfolgen Apothekenbegehungen auf den Stationen, eine aktive Information über Arzneimittelrisiken durch die Apotheke, Arzneimittelkommission.
