Staff in direct employment 103,17 Zusätzlich zu den fachbereichsbezogen zugeordneten MitarbeiterInnen werden über einen "Mitarbeiterpool" (Pflegeteam +) examinierte Pflegekräfte abteilungs- und stationsübergreifend eingesetzt. Es besteht für alle diese MA ein direktes Beschäftigungsverhältnis.
