Bei der Koronaren Herzkrankheit verengen sich die Blutgefäße, die das Herz umgeben Gefäße und dieses mit Sauerstoff und Nährstoffen versorgen. Ziel der Therapie der Koronaren Herzkrankheit ist es, die verengten Herzkranzgefäße zu erweitern und damit die Durchblutung des Herzmuskels zu verbessern.
