Jede Meldung wird hinsichtlich der CIRS-Thematik behandelt und Verbesserungsvorschläge erarbeitet. Die entsprechenden Umsetzungshinweise werden in Tabellenform im Intranet der Helios-Frankenwaldklinik veröffentlicht und sind den Mitarbeitern jederzeit zugänglich. Beispiel: Erstellung von Dienst- und Handlungsanweisungen, Verbesserung von Prozessabläufen.
