Es gibt ein umfangreiches Netzwerk im Bereich Palliativmedizin. Es gibt eine Palliativstation mit aktuell 6 Betten, einen eigenen ambulanten Palliativpflegedienst e.Vita (spezialisierte ambulante Palliativversorgung) und seit 2023 das Kati Faßbender Hospiz auf dem Krankenhausgelände.

Die Schmerztherapie ist über die Anästhesie möglich. Es gibt standardisiertes Schmerzmanagement, Pain Nurses und eine Kooperation mit der Schmerztherapie-Praxis Martina Schlott, die im Ärztehaus auf dem Gelände des Krankenhaus ansässig ist.
