According to Section 4 (2) of the Quality Management Guideline, facilities must provide for the prevention of and intervention in cases of violence and abuse as part of their internal quality management. The aim is to prevent, recognise and respond appropriately to abuse and violence, particularly against vulnerable patient groups such as children and adolescents or people in need of help, and also to prevent it within the facility. The respective procedure is aligned with the size of the facility, the range of services and the patients in order to define customised solutions for sensitising the teams as well as other suitable preventative and interventional measures. These may include information materials, contact addresses, training/education, codes of conduct, recommendations for action/intervention plans or comprehensive protection concepts.

Unterricht wird in der Schule für Pflegeberufe am Standort der Akademie der Kreiskliniken Reutlingen in Pfullingen angeboten. Praktische Ausbildung findet an allen zwei Standorten statt. Bei Spezialisierung Pädiatrie kann eine Kooperation mit einer anbietenden externen Schule erfolgen.
Ausbildungsdauer 1 Jahr als Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegehelferIn. Unterricht wird in der Schule für Pflegeberufe am Standort der Akademie der Kreiskliniken Reutlingen in Pfullingen angeboten. Prakt. Ausbildung findet an den Standorten der KKR und in ambulanten Kooperationspartnern statt.
3-Jährige Ausbildung. Unterricht wird in der Akademie der Kreiskliniken Reutlingen am Standort Pfullingen und am Standort Stuttgart in der Leitzstraße 52 angeboten. Praktische Ausbildung findet an insgesamt 35 Kooperationskliniken und an den Standorten der Kreiskliniken Reutlingen statt.
3-Jährige Ausbildung. Unterricht wird am Standort Pfullingen und am Standort Stuttgart in der Leitzstraße 52, angeboten (insgesamt 3 Klassen). Praktische Ausbildung an insgesamt 14 Kooperationskliniken und an den Standorten der Kreiskliniken Reutlingen GmbH.
Das Institut für Laboratoriumsmedizin bildet in Form von Praktika regelmäßig Auszubildende zur MTLA der MTLA-Schulen Tübingen und Stuttgart aus.
Ausbildungsdauer 3 Jahre. Die theoretische Ausbildung findet an der Akademie der Kreiskliniken Reutlingen am Standort Pfullingen statt, die praktische Ausbildung an allen Standorten der Kreiskliniken Reutlingen und bei kooperativ angeschlossenen Partnern.
